The 5070P-001 chronograph manual-wind watch, features a 42 mm case. This is a platinum example with blue dial and platinum deployment buckle. Functions include hours, minutes, second hand and chronograph. In 1998, the Ref. 5070 represented Patek Philippe's return to production of chronograph watches after 30 years . The last chronograph model produced before this was Ref. 1463, for which production was halted in the late 1960s. The 5070 production was limited to 250 watches per year in each metal. It was in production for a relatively short time: 1998-2002 Yellow Gold 2002-2008 Rose Gold & White Gold 2008-2009 Platinum.
