This Rare Patek Philippe Perpetual Ref# 3940P-015 White Roman Dial Is Complete. Accompanied with its certificate of origin, instruction manual, setting pin, and automatic box. This exceptional condition 3940P-015 has crisp legible hallmarks and has never been polished. This late example is from 2003, It is further highlighted by the rare white roman dial. Most ref. 3940Ps feature the silvered baton dial, but this example has its factory original white roman dial.

The 3940P-015 perpetual calendar automatic watch, features a 36 mm case. This is a platinum example with a rare white roman dial and platinum deployant buckle. Functions include hours, minutes, seconds, day, date, month, moon phase, leap year indicator and 24 hour indicator.

The Reference 3940 was launched in 1985 to replace reference 3450. It is one of Patek Philippe's longest production model. Available in all precious metal, with very similar dial configuration, this reference is generally divided into three series with differences in hour markers or subdials. Production ceased in 2007, replaced by the reference 5140.
