This very rare Patek Philippe Ref 5004G-015 white gold Perpetual Calendar, Split Second, Chronograph is complete. Accompanied with a certificate of origin, second case back, instructional manual, sapphire cabochon setting pin, swing tag and presentation box. This 5004G-015 comes from the original owner and is from 2009, one of the later 5004's to leave the factory. (Less then 10 have reappeared in the market with this sought after combination of white gold with black dial.) This exceptional example is in like new condition with crisp hallmarks and has never been polished.
