Patek Philippe Ref# 5004 was first produced in 1995. This highly complicated wristwatch combines a split-seconds chronograph with the functions of the perpetual calendar and moon phase. The movement consists of 407 hand finished parts. Very few examples were produced per year with this combination. Production of this reference ended in 2009, making this example one of the last few examples.
