This Rare Patek Philippe Ref. 5070G-001 White Gold Chronograph Is Complete. Accompanied with its original certificate of origin, instruction manual and presentation box. This exceptional example is in like new condition and appears to have only been worn a few times. The certificate of origin is dated 2008 the final year of production.
The 5070G chronograph manual-wind watch, features a 42 mm case. This is a white gold example with silver dial and deployant buckle. Functions include hours, minutes, second hand and chronograph.
In 1998, the Ref. 5070 represented Patek Philippe's return to production of chronograph watches after 30 years. The last chronograph model produced before this was Ref. 1463, for which production was halted in the late 1960s. The 5070 production was limited to 250 watches per year in each metal. It was in production for a relatively short time:1998-2002 Yellow Gold 2002-2008 Rose Gold & White Gold 2008-2009 Platinum.
