The Grand Complications 5270/1R-001 manual wind watch features a 41 mm case with month, leap year and day/night display in apertures. This rose gold example has a ebony black sunburst dial with gold applied numerals that is beautifully balanced and legible, with a double aperture for the day and the month at 12 oclock and an analog date at 6 oclock. Functions include hours, minutes, seconds, month, day, date, tachymeter scale, moon phase, perpetual calendar and chronograph.

The chronograph indications are accentuated with sandblasted hands. The bracelet features a gold goutte bracelet that literally blends with the case: this design is exclusive to Patek Philippe.
